Visa Time!

It's been a little bit since I've updated the blog. It's not that we haven't been busy, it's that I just realized that I should probably post what's new :) So between our church and our partners in ministry, we have (unofficially) reached our financial goal. Praise the Lord! It has been a crazy lesson learned of patience and allowing God to control the path we take and how long it takes to get where He has called us to go. God is faithful and He is good! We are currently waiting on our FBI background checks to come back so that we are able to send them off to get appostilled. This is only part of the visa process and as soon as we get those back we can make an appointment in Miami for an interview for the visa itself. There is so much that needs to be done but we know that it will all be in God's perfect timing. We have done all that we can up to this point, including keeping in close contact with our missionaries, Pastor Steve and Dawn. All we can do now is wait and continue walking out what God would have us do while we are still in the states. To God be ALL the glory! That should be our first priority in life, to glorify God, in our life, in marriage, in finances, and everything else. We will send out snail mail letters as soon as we receive our official financial clearance and will continue to keep everyone informed of where we are in this process. :)))))
