Jesus Is Faithful!

WE HAVE OFFICIALLY MET OUR FINANCIAL GOAL!
It has been a long journey but God is so good and it has been essential to understand that His timing is not our own. The Assemblies of God has been great to work with as well. They have been very understanding and helpful with paperwork and our calls every other day. We have set up a meeting at the Spanish Consulate to interview for our visas. After that it is simply a waiting period until we get the clearance that our visas have been approved.
We continue to talk to our missionaries Pastor Steve and Dawn Robertson, they are doing such a great work there on the island. They have also been extremely helpful with our 50 bajillion questions. ;-) It is so refreshing talking to Pastor and getting a feel for the atmosphere there.
We can't thank our partners in ministry enough. God has used the hands (resources and prayers) of men to allow us to go. I (kita) speak for the both of us, we are truly humbled at the fact that God would call us to something so much more then just the two of us. We are also humbled that God would use others to finance and prayerfully support us as we go advance of the Kingdom. I heard a great quote from our pastor here at Calvary ..... "there are two types of missionaries, ones who are out being the feet on the field and then there are those who give." I absolutely love that. We are both missionaries with the same call. We are just two different parts of the body fulfilling the same purpose.
So we have scheduled a meeting in Miami on August 31st.... Please pray for us as we travel and pray that the interview process flows smooth with no complications. We are also believing for a speedy acceptance time for our visas.
