So it is here, we leave the United States in 2 days... time has flown by. We have a really exciting iteration, we stop in Philly and Dublin.... they are not vacations though, just a pass through. Then we can finally meet Pastor Steve and Dawn in person.
Of course here it's been a bittersweet. Our church family has been absolutely incredible in encouraging us and making sure we have everything we need for our trip. They prayed over us and had a going away party. It is wonderful to be able to have such a loving family. Pastor John and Mrs. Sue has allowed us to grow and also equipped us for this call. Pastor Bill (the music leader) has allowed me (kita) to grow in worship and playing the keyboard. I can't say enough how grateful I am for the opportunity and training we have been through.
My parents have been great in the support at home we have had. Christmas and Thanksgiving went fantastic as well.... Mom and dad spoiled us! Greg's parents even spoiled us. Our parents are some of the most giving self sacrificing people I have ever met.
We are packed to the gills in all of our six check in bags, the 2 carry ons, and 2 personal items. Our missionaries are ready for us and we are almost ready to go.
