Sus Pasos / His Steps (We live to Tell His Story)

Okay, so this week has been absolutely incredible! God is so good and He is so faithful.
So here's how it goes.....
The Christian Life International Church (CLIC) staff has been preparing an Easter production for close to 2 months now. We have been praying and getting the concept of a real life representation of how Christ gave His life for a lost world and how we have the hope of salvation from a God who loves us. The concept was a unique and practically unheard of one here on the island. We would build a large white background screen and create motion backgrounds for each different scene and show video from this large stage. We would have a mix of videos, video testimonies, real live drama, a youth human video, a beautiful dance, and singing paired with a video of the clear gospel of Christ coupled with an alter call given by pastor.
So when we tried booking the salon, it wasn't available for Easter Sunday.... so we decided to have it the week before Easter. That in and of itself was a blessing in disguise. Roberto, Lily and Hannah said that many of the people that live here take the weekend of Easter to go on a vacation of some sort. They leave town, so by having it the week before allowed for many opportunities for people to come who wouldn't have normally attended an Easter Sunday presentation.
God had shown us favor and grace in the entire process. It was a lot of work, and it wasn't easy. It took many practices, much dedication and some late nights to bring the whole thing together. The entire production consisted of many small parts that in the end all had to work together. But isn't that how it's supposed to work? Many different parts of the body of Christ coming together for one purpose, All with each individual strengths working to advance the Gospel of Christ.
It was amazing. At the end of the service, we realized that over 230+ chairs were filled with many visitors (notice it wasn't just all church members) and the response to the call of submitting to Christ just put you to tears. God can use anything to reach out and touch the hearts of the lost. It was incredible to know that God used everything together for His good.
We now pray that the decisions and the steps of faith each person responded to and all of the seeds that were planted take root and bear fruit.
We can't thank you enough for allowing us the opportunity of advancing the Gospel here on the island. We believe that God is using our lives to reach out to this community and with prayerful and financial support, we together are small parts of something so much greater, co-ministers in Christ making an impact in eternity.
